Produced · Documented · Published
We turn production into a long-term asset, not a cost centre. Produced once, authenticated fully, published everywhere — and proven to be real.
Founded by Scott Peter Smith — journalist, producer, system builder. Writing about media, provenance, and the future of editorial trust.

Our provenance standard
"Captured light" is our term for footage and stills that begin in the real world — cameras, lenses, microphones — not prompts. "Authenticated" means we can show our work.
Every image and video carries a cryptographic fingerprint, registered on a public ledger, with a trust mark your audience can verify.
Built on the C2PA content credentials standard — the same framework referenced by the EU AI Act and South Africa's Draft National AI Policy. We're not waiting for regulation to arrive. We're building the infrastructure it will require.
Capture
Recorded by our, or your, team with guidelines.
Archive
Originals stored in a secure, versioned archive with full metadata.
Fingerprint
A cryptographic hash computed for every master file. Alter one pixel — the hash fails.
Register
Hash and metadata written to a public blockchain. Permanent, tamper-proof.
Trust mark
A visible badge your readers can click to inspect the full provenance trail.
